Here’s The Deal:

• The price of $600 for a home up to 1,500 sq. ft. of Move-in or Move-out cleaning
• Larger homes can be cleaned for an additional $0.40 per square foot
• Supplies included unless otherwise instructed by Customer
• Special requests/exclusions:

Move-in/Move-out cleaning includes:

• Cleaning standard blinds (excludes mini blinds), base boards, windowsills, ceiling fans, and other high dusting

Kitchen cleaning includes:

• Cleaning interior and exterior of appliances (excludes interior fridge), wiping down interior and exterior of all cabinets, cleaning of all hard surfaces, scouring sink, and sweeping and thoroughly mopping the floors.

Bathroom cleaning includes:

• Cleaning showers, tubs, toilets, and sinks, cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures, cleaning mirrors and the shower door tracks, cleaning all hard surfaces, wiping down interior and exterior of cabinets and cleaning bathroom floors.

General cleaning includes:

• Cleaning light switches, doors, and door trim, dusting, wiping down closet shelves, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors

Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Our Policy: Cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 20% of the booked services or $40, whichever is more.

Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.

In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will still be charged; however, part or full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost at Legacy's discretion.

We realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least 3 hours notice. We thank you for your understanding!
