• $384.00 for eight hours of housecleaning; extra time can be purchased for an additional 48.00 per hour.
• Deal includes cleaning of your kitchen (appliances included, fridge only exterior), bathrooms and bedrooms, mopping, dusting, vacuuming. Trash removal is not included.
• Any place outside of a 20 mile radius from zip code 95834, may incur an additional fee for travel.
• Valid for eight labor hours: can be used in up to two visits — can be any combination of workers totaling eight labor hours.
• Deal does not include: move-in or move-out cleaning, wall washing, furniture cleaning, doing dishes, or laundry. All of these services are available if requested and will be quoted at the time of service.
• Please mention any special requests when scheduling your cleaning.
• Not valid for cash back.
• Deal cannot be combined with other specials or offers.
• Deal cannot be applied to current or past jobs.
• Deal is for residential service only.
• Appointments are to be performed during normal business hours.
• Standard cancellation policy applies.
• Legacy will perform to the best of its ability in the time purchased, but does not guarantee 100% full house cleaning depending on condition of home and/or time purchased.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Our Policy:
Cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 20% of the booked services or $40, whichever is more.
Should you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.
In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will still be charged; however, part or full amount of it may be deducted from your future appointment cost at Legacy's discretion.
We realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least 3 hours notice. We thank you for your understanding!
